| Can I change my member name? |
| You cannont change your member name. Once you have chosen it, you are stuck with it. |
| What is a premium member? |
| For a complete explanation of all the benefits a premium member receives you can checkout the premium sign up page at http://kiwibox.matchstudents.com/index.php?page=subscribe. No, we cannot simply give you a free premium membership. If we gave it to one person, everybody would ask us. Sorry. |
| How do I remove my user account? |
| To remove your user account please send an email from your registered email address to support@matchstudents.com with your username and password and we will promptly remove your account. |
| How do I deactivate my profile? |
| To deactivate your profile, go to the "my profile" page. Atop the page states whether your profile is active or not. Besides this is a link to activate / deactivate your profile. Deactivated profiles will not be available for public users and will not be used in ratings / ranking calculations. |

| To change your password, go to the "my profile" page. Here there will be a link to update user information where you will be able to update your password. |

| No, once you deleted your account, it has been erased from the system. |

Your account may have been locked or deleted for any of the following reasons:
- Your email address was invalid
- Your profile contains unacceptable content and / or pictures
- You have been flagged by multiple users for private messaging harassment
To re-enable your account and / or to submit your case if your account was incorrectly disabled, please email support@matchstudents.com.

| Please email support@matchstudents.com and we will promptly add your university. Please include the URL of the university website. Sorry, we cannot include highschools or any institutions for students under the age of 18. |
| I saw a picture or profile that is inappropriate or offensive? |
| Please email support@matchstudents.com with the user name of the inappropriate profile. We will evaluate it's offensiveness and if so, we will remove the user / profile. |
| Why is advanced search disabled? |
| Advanced search is for premium users only. For a full list of advanced search criteria, go to the search page. |
| Why am I not getting very many responses? |
| If you want to increase your chance of responses, studies have show that putting a photo would increase your odds by 8 times. If you are still having difficult, please email suppor@matchstudents.com |

| How do I add a profile to my favorites list? |
| To add a profile to your favorites list, click the "add to favorites" link on the top right of the detailed profile view. If the link says "remove from favorites", than you have already added it to your favorites. |
| How come I can add male and female favorites? |
| We cannot determine the gender of a random person browsing the internet. Men and women should be entitled to add favorites within their gender anyway. |
| How do I remove favorites from my favorites list? |
| To remove a profile from your favorites list, click the "remove from favorites" link on the top right of the detailed profile view. If the link says "add to favorites", that the profile is already removed. |

| How often can I vote? |
| You can vote as many times as you want but only once for each photo. |
| Why do you allow men to vote on men and women to vote on women? |
| We cannot determine the gender of a random person browsing the internet. Men and women should be entitled to vote within their gender anyway. |
| What happens if I rest my votes? |
| Resetting your votes will reset your vote count and rating back to zero. |

| We require people to obtain at least 10 votes before they are eligible for a ranking or the top lists. |
| How do I disable voting on my picture / profile? |
| To disable voting on your picture profile, go to the "my profile" section. Here there will be a link to upload / update your profile pictures. Within this page, there is a checkbox on the top right to enable / disable voting on your profile / picture. Set the checkbox to what you would like and press the "update pictures" button. |
| How come I can't vote on my own profile? |
| You can't vote on your own profile because you shouldn't be voting on your own profile. Voting is so you can see how you stack against other photos / profiles. |

| Photos |
| What kinds of photos are acceptable on MatchStudents? |
There are different criteria for "main" photos and additional photos. For main photos, the following are not acceptable:
- Professional photos
- Cartoons
- Pictures of your car
- Pictures of your pets
- Baby photos
- Pictures containing nudity or other pornographic content
- Pictures with copyright or another website written on them
- Pictures with your email address on them
- Pictures where your face is not visible and prominent
We allow pretty much any kind of photo as your additional photo except nudity, pornographic, or otherwise offensive images as judged by our staff.

| I changed my main or additional picture but the old one keeps coming up? |
| This is because the picture is cached by your browser on your computer. Your browser does this to make web surfing faster. It doesn't know that there is a new picture it should be displaying. Try holding "Ctrl" and pressing "F5" while viewing your profile or photo and see if it updates. If that doesn't work, don't worry, everyone else is seeing the new photo, and you're browser will eventually grab the updated photo as well. |
| Everytime I register, it says the image is too big, why? |
| Photos should be either .jpg or .gif format and under 100k. Other formats are supported as well. There are many graphics programs available that can assist you in getting your images into this format and size. Click here for instructions to resize your photo. |
| I've tried uploading the image several times but I'm still having errors? |
| Please send us an email from your registered account with your image attached to photo@matchstudents.com. Please include your user name and password in the body of the email. |

| How long does mail stay in my inbox? |
| Old mail will be available in your mailbox for 30 days at which time it is deleted from the system completely. |
| Why can I receive messages from my profile but I can't respond? |
| Registered users with profiles can receive private messages from premium users however, only premium users can respond to these messages. Registered users can received messages but only premium users can send and / or respond to messages. |

| Why was my subscription automatically renewed? |
| If you pay by credit card, you are charged immediately for your subscription package. When your initial subscription term expires, we automatically renew your subscription each month at the low monthly value rate unless you choose a different subscription package or resign your MatchStudents subscription prior to that date. |
| I baught a 3 month subscription and only used 1 month. Will I be refunded for the remaining 2 months? |
| If you resign after your first month, your subscription will remain active for the remainder of your initial term. You will keep subscription access during this period. |
| How do I terminate my subscription? |
| You can either email support@matchstudents.com and we will prompty unsubscribe you or you can cancel your subscription here. If you do email us, please include your user name and password in the email. |
